I do not know what you mean by "impactite", but this is not meteoritic in origin.

There are many types of conglomerate that appear similar to the images you provided. My suggestion would be to take your rock to a gem and mineral club for identification. If none are available in your area, a qualified professional in geology or earth sciences could be of assistance.
