Is it a yellow sapphire? What could be its value?

Hi,
I have found a stone in my backyard & it looks a precious stone. It measures 2.5 inches by 1.5 inches. I am curious to know what kind it is and if it has any value. I would appreciate advice from experienced members.

Where do you live?? It looks like it may be a semi-precious agate known as "Montana agate"
