It can be in coins also but first it needs to be determined if it has been defaced or if this was from the mint this way or post mint damage so What is it. is a good starting point.But first things first we need a picture.

Well it does cost more to make a penny than what it can be used for. I think one cent in mint condition, and that is my opinion without a photo.....

Well, obviously I'm not a moderator. I'm just making sure that I'm learning the proper way to do things in the future. If I see something that I'm not sure about, I don't have an issue asking about it. If I'm wrong, so be it. It's called a learning opportunity.
