Found this clad dime in change and the obverse really stood out. I have seen many irregularly shaped edges, but this one is really deep. Is there a name for this condition?

Weird.

The link to the quarter is an uncentered broadstrike, a coin struck without a collar. The dime is simply mis-aligned dies, pretty common in dimes.

Misaligned die. Common in dimes and cents. Generally, the smaller the coin, the more likely to have a misaligned die.

Time for more coffee.
