Is there gold in white water rapids nobody has be able to get to?

First the area must have gold, but yes. Gold is very heavy and should lay at inside bends directly after Whitewater. Good luck.

That's what I was hoping somebody would say....the big pieces and maybe a lot of it too just figured theirs gotta be some good finds there cuz it's unmolested. I'm building up a method to get at it which will be incredibly dangerous unless you could divert flow which that aint gonna happen unless you the government. But theirs gotta be a way. I'm not to sure where such a river would be that is already known to have gold and also white water upstream but man if I could do that id be the makings of a legacy hahaha

Not really. Sane people don't put their lives and health at immenent risk for gold. You aren't the first to think of the idea, and if it was possible it would already be gone.

If you strip down to your birthday suit and generously apply RainX to yourself you should be able to stand in chest deep whitewater rapids with no ill effects.

Seriously though maybe a large 20 ton wedge lowered into the water directly upstream would divert the water enough to allow some digging. If it starts to lose it and turn you'd be history.

Not really. Sane people don't put their lives and health at immenent risk for gold. You aren't the first to think of the idea, and if it was possible it would already be gone.

I'm not suggesting anyone try to wade out into rushing rapids by any means. It is possible to do all you have to do is build a dam. Highly unlikely you will ever get approval to do so but it is definitely possible.

The real question is...is it worth it.
