Is this a 1926 or 1928 buffalo?

Found this searching a $100 in nickels along with a war nickel.

It's a philadelphia, so not worth a ton either way, but was hoping to get some expert opinions on whether that is a six or an eight that has been rubbed off on one side. Maybe worth $2. Who knows. 1926buffobverse.webp1926buffreverse.webp

It is a 1926. you can tell because there is no indention on the left side of then number, it is a smooth curve. An 8 would have a side ways double hump to it not a simple curve. Great find though. Any day I add another buff to the herd is a good day for me.
 

Yeah, that's almost defiantly a 1926, the curved part stops before it connects with the bottom part.

Thanks...I thought at first it was a rare buffalo but when I looked it up it was the wrong mint. Appreciate the help.
