This coin was found a while back. To me it looks like a New Jersey 1787 Maris 37-X. I'ts the only one with a flat top shield. If so, it would make it an R6+. What do you think?
OK, I had a little more time to spend with it and I am reasonably certain it is a 46-e. If you look at the position of the U above the shield it is totally wrong for reverse X. On X the U is almost directly above the point of the shield.
