I dont think I understand what you're asking.
 

No, the 2010 dime is heat treated. Someone baked it a bit and now it is miscolored. The 1990 dime is a bit broad-struck. It was struck while not seated properly inside the Collar. I don't think it is serious enough to have much value over it's 10 cents, but others will know better than I.
 

A broadstrike is worth more than 10 cents. Check ebay or etsy for a similar one for a price comparison.
 

It's a 2016d dime does that make a difference also in person the back of it looks gold

Doesn't appear to be struck on a copper-plated planchet.

Just discoloration from its environment. The edge of the rims appear to be normal color where the darker discoloration has worn away.
 

What's the gram weight?
