Found my first 3 ringer today in a sugar cane field where there were/are lots of plantations here in La. Also found this one and I'm not sure if its CW era or not. Any opinions? Thanks!

This is not a CW era bullet. Notice the serrations inside the grove. CW era bullets didn't have
serrations inside groves. There are a few CW bullets that do have some serrations on the outside
as seen is some colt bullets etc.

Thank you centerhit. I found my first 3 ringer today. I have a friend who turned me on to an awesome place for CW finds. Looks like I will be educating myself a bunch more on CW things! Cheers, Shane

Congrats on your first Bullet! Hopefully it will be the first of many to come.
