Your first item looks like a section of a shell or oyster, and as for age, well, that's a difficult one. Your piece of bone is most likely either a rib bone from pork or beef.

Calcium carbonate is what it would be made of. Oyster was my initial thought as well. A close up of the second item would help. I agree it does look like pig bone. Is it bone or has it permineralized?
