Is this a foundation or well? There's a homestead here on overlay map. Scouting the place I couldn't find it, it was semi overgrown just wanted to see for sure and can try again in fall.

Hard to say without boots on the ground. But it is interesting that there's the large depression with three smaller ones nearby and in a line. Definitely worth checking, IMO.
