✅ SOLVED Is this a gun pommel? I can't identify this

I found this relic and I have no idea what it is. It is a bit decorative. It was recovered from a place where I have recovered several King George I, II, and III coppers, flat buttons, etc. The day I found it I also recovered two KGII half pennies shown in photo. I was thinking is may be a gun butt/pommel. I can't seem to find anything like it. Please see photos and please help ID. Thanks.

Copper or brass

This is it brushed of. I believe it’s brass but it might be copper
