I found this at a school? It measures 25.13 mm and weighs 6 grams.
There are no back marks that I can see. Is it more of a modern button?

Definitely not modern. Could be from the 18-19th century
 

Hi Karen; It is an Early 19th Century button from 1820 - 1830. You can tell this by the fact that it has a 1Peice design with a shank on the reverse. These buttons were out of style by 1840. Yours has a Constellation Pattern and valued at about $5 ok. Happy Hunting. PEAE:RONB :thumbsup:

I think I will have to check out that school again!

I don't have Internet service at present so it's where ever I can get free WiFi! DD is my best friend right now! Lol!
