MoW stands for Maintenance of Way. Which is a typical term in Railroad lingo. Not sure if you knew this just thought I'd share it in case you didn't. I have a few from the Seaboard Coast Line Rialroad here in Florida... What state and general area...? Regards- Rich Hill

The 2 big ones are modern. Maybe 60s-70s. The small one looks like oldest, maybe by a few decades.

I found it off the BNSF line between Barstow and Needles, thanks.

The WB lock is by Wilson Bohannan Lock Company, possibly their model R543 (still in production).
The Master padlock is a model 5 laminated lock, available at WalMart.
(But don't rush out to buy one!) The Model 5 only has a 4-pin cylinder and no security pins.

Both of these locks are rather "flimsy", so I wouldn't expect these to have secured anything of real value.

The older one I don't recognize by name, but I have seen it before.
Possibly an older Yale design, bottom keyway.
Again, not a terribly secure lock. Someone else here may know the manufacturer.

Why thank you very much you all have been very informative, I've learned :).

I have another what is it railroad lock face. I think it might be from an older WB lock but it isn't marked. Here's some images of it and the unmarked small jewelry box size lock. I threw in my TNet K een Kutter SF Banner Lock, thanks again you all:

I've seen the WB locks on power and utility boxes, the plain face is part of a switch or signal lock, without being marked I'd guess it could be an Adlake. The Santa Fe Is just awesome!
