Is this anything?

I went back to the place where I found the two arrowheads the other day, and went further down the shore. I found the item pictured below. I have no clue what it is? Or if it has anything to do with the native americans? Any help is much appreciated. Its about an inch long at its longest point and roughly 5/8 of an inch wide.

Going to have to spend some time here. I would say I will have to spread out as it seems they were using both sides of the harbor.
