It would seem so. Fisher Labs lists the Owner's Manual .pdf download under "Discontinued Detectors".

Thanks as I have a chance to buy a used one. Just not sure how good they are as a all in one detector Salt/Beach/coin/relics.

I don't hunt salt & beaches but I know they have a dedicated following for coins and I have heard it does well on beaches.

I would vote it a good all-around detector and would depend on the price and condition.
