As you might know, I Detect the Beaches with a Minelab Excalibur with an 8 inch coil and use a Babbs Scoop. I found this item in May and this Forum gets read more. Please ( notice the ( 2 ) Dolphins in the Center ) It was found with another group of Flat Button and coins in ( 1 ) day. This site still produces, Please see my Find ( Rare S . C. Militia Palmetto Tree Plate ) Can you identify this Horny thing -goldnugget Flat Buttons are on the Left and Coins on the Right (4 ) Shield Nickels off the Beach that Day

Not sure, but the horned item looks like a part of an antique lyre or music holder. Just a guess
