Got permission at this church property and they have several things that caught my eye. The church owns 5 acres in the woods also and told me to have fun exploring that too if I wish. Do you think this is an old house/church since the woods are mature even in the 1950s?

This 1914 map doesnt show a structure there. So its either older than that or insignificant like a shed or something.

This 1907 map is tough to decipher, but either way it looks like a really nice spot. Good luck!

Oh man if you're in NC this is the site, I use it all the time. UNC map overlays. They have a lot of county maps that are overlaid on modern google maps, and you can also browse by location for all of the maps, because many are not scaled well to match modern accurate ones so they aren't included in the overlays.
