Had some time after work (a story in itself!!) and went back to the spots from yesterday.........
2nd hunt at the school that keeps giving........



1st hunt in the first of 2 back yards.......the "grass" hasn't been cut for ages. Fought for 2 hours to get through 1/2 the first yard..........



The keepers........my first silver Washington. Have to clean up that earring to get a better look. No markings, but "feels and sounds" like silver........



Sure hope these silver days continue!!

To tell the truth, Tom, I wasn't going to dig that signal. It was all bouncy. Turns out there were 4 1" brad nails all around the quarter in various stages of oxidation. The detector wasn't sure to let me know if it was a coin or trash...........it was next to the sidewalk, so I dug. Then sat there and laughed out loud when she popped out in the plug.........
