It was a great afternoon for a hunt!!!

I had to wait for the rain to clear out this morning but it was worth the wait.
I had dug a few signals some good some junk when a car stopped, and this lady comes over to the fence and introduced herself as the farmers wife, and she was so glad that I was here because she wanted to thank me for the "wonderful" display that I had given to her husband a couple days ago as a thank you gift for allowing me to hunt their property. She was thrilled that I had been so generous to give them the bullets displayed in the case (Riker case) that she was going to display them proudly in her home and planned to pass them on to her son. WOW, that really made me feel good that she was so happy with the appreciation gift and took the time to stop and thank me for it.
Anyway back to the hunting I went, and found some more bullets, a bunch of shell shot, part of a spur, and my nicest button to date, an Eagle "I" cuff button, a large Shenkle shell frag.
