OK Back from the dump. found a 1944 s Wheatie and more relics.

First is this figurine from occupied japan. its a little broken but still good for me

next is this head of a statue of some sort, it's heavy

And this one i have no idea what it is. Everything in this place is old.

the top looks like a very old dreidel
 
You asked for ID of the brass object in the 3rd and 4th photos. It is a knife or daggar scabbard's throat. It was attached to the scabbard's body by a rivet in the small round hole in its side. The slot in its top is much too narrow to accommodate a sword or bayonet, so it is definitely a knife/dagger scabbard's throat.
 
I am thinking the top looks like a router bit for wood working
