Well, winter has hit. Yesterday, it started off with a very cold rain, turned to sleet, and over night, it snowed. Well, I just couldn't stand not going out and doing what we all enjoy doing. So, at about 2 this afternoon, I bundled up, and decided to work a local school before the ground freezes up. Thank God we didn't get alot of snow, as the ground was fairly open. With the temps in the 20's, and a strong westerly wind, I decided that I could handle it for a short while. Was glad that I went. Didn't find anything extrodinary, but did find some clad, keys, zipper pull, a chinese labeled bottle cap, and a silver ring. The ring had been in among the rocks in the parking gravel, and is bent all out of shape. But, it is silver and that's the main thing. In the process of thawing out while I put this on the board. Hope some of you had warmer hunting than we do here.
All the best and HH.
