First I thought it was a spoon handle maybe then someone suggested a door handle of of some type(not anyone from here) which too me kinda sense looking at it. Someone here said a trigger guard I posted it elsewhere at first cause I thought I had an idea of what it was now it’s time for some more opinions.

Maybe the handle off a small (obviously less ornate) candle holder?

I was gonna say flatware but the candle stick thing works

Pardon me please, but I'm reasonably sure it is not from a candleholder... partly due to half of the approximately 5"-long object's length being so narrow. The other part of my reasoning is, somewhere in my house is a box (haven't seen it for years) of antique brass objects, which includes a "loop-shaped" door handle that looks almost exactly like this object.

I sure wish your pics were larger Barry, I'd like to enlarge them for a closer look. :icon_scratch:

There really isn’t a lot of detail on them. No writing just two grooves side by side I assume is here your thumb would be when holding it.

FWIW, while not one of the more popular handle types (finger loop being the most popular), thin handles aren't uncommon on wee willie winkie style holders. Some of the old cheap mass-produced ones have only a ~3mm wire for the handle.

Could be from a pitcher or flagon...
