There's about a 6 " push from south to north on Lake Champlian. More of a wind related thing though.

I lived in Toledo, Ohio, and when the winds were strong from the west or south, it would blow the water way out. Water that would normlly be up to my nose might be waist deep during these blows. This is the closest thing to a tidal change really.
