This dove is all I took a picture of yesterday. I changed the original photo some. I did see a coyote very nonchalantly walk out of some tall grass and grab a prairie dog about 5 feet from where the coyote came out of and return with that prairie dog from where the coyote cam out of all so smoothly. It was a complete stealth attack. That prairie dog didn't have a clue what hit him and none of the others around even noticed at all what just took place and just kept going about their business of foraging the ground. I guess tonight down at the bar after a few, someone will say Hey! where's Joe at tonight. :dontknow:

That is a very pleasing photograph, that background just touches it off.:icon_thumleft:

GOD Bless

Yep, I agree. They are pretty birds and the whole photo works for me!:icon_thumleft:

Well thank you, I thought it kinda look like I set up a dove in a tree in a studio.

Joe be dinner. Great story and a great pic. I spent my young years hunting doves down here. Mourning doves and white wings. With a 410 and later a 12 gauge, I never hit one in the air and I hit one (1) only on a fence. Used to get so frustrated, now I just thank God I was a terrible shot...
