Just a rock?

I was digging around in the yard today and unearthed this rock and thought it could have been a little scraper of some kind but the rock is rather chalky( but still hard ) feeling and not like flint I've seen,,the shape intrigued me as the top looks like it was fashioned to go with the forefinger on top and the thumb in the middle. Picture the left side as the top.

It looks like just a rock to me. Keep a sharp eye, maybe net time.

I think it is natural. It is one of those ones that feels like it should be something but is not. I find a lot of those ! I still pick them up though .
