Just an fyi for west hills county park

I Like taking my dog there and one day decided to take the detector thinking maybe I'll hit this area hugging the northern state. looked and felt like a good spot

Park employee on a four wheeler comes out of nowhere. Seemed like a nice guy at first till a caught a scent of alcohol. After a lengthy conversation about a 3000 year old spearhead he found as well as another archeologist finding another at the same area, he departed with my pinpointer and shovel I placed temporarily on his small 4 wheeler.

It was no accident.

The thing was on its last breathe anyway. Beach hunting for me for now on, like it better
