Looks maybe 10k or 12K Gold Guilded (Thin foil like layer)...I have found many of these types of pendants that were. Not much gold there, but still gold is gold...

They (AA) usually give out coins/tokens for 30, 60, 90, 120, 6mo's, 1 year & so on days of sobriety. The serenity prayer is step #1 in the 12 step substance abuse programs.
