I just got my probe. Nothing but praise for the product and 4-H. My local post office made a mistake and return the item. Mike immediately reshipped at his expense. He is always helpful on the phone and I have never got the feeling that I was bothering him (as you do with many customer service departments out there)
Through our conversations about other aspects of hunting he even recommended other products to me that he does not sell instead of pushing me into one of his products. That says allot about a person and their ethics.
