Just rocks..?

I found these in my yard sometime ago. I keep meaning to find out if they are just rocks or should I seriously start digging around. I’m in the mid Atlantic area of Virginia and there are some known sites not too far away.

The bottom one does have two chips off of it but I don’t think there’s enough there to claim it was from man. Probably just some coincidence, a fall or stepped on, hit by equipment something like that.
