Have you ever looked at kansasmemory? It's the State Historical Societies website with loads on info including old county maps.
Just go to their homepage and there is a state map. Click on the county you want and everything they have on that county comes up. And it's free. When you get to your county, type in COUNTY ATLAS in the search engine and the maps they have will come up. Check it out. Here's the link.
