After waiting with fading patience for two weeks, my ordered box of halves came in. Having found a Franklin two days earlier, I was psyched for silver. The teller gave me an amusing time, "I'll be right back with your box, sir... if I can lift it!"
Three hours and a whole lot of torn wrappers later... no silver! But I did find the following keepers:
The whole 1971-2001 range of halves, except for 1987, was inside, so I did manage to fill a Whitman's book in one sitting. I'll try another box in a few months, once this box has been spent.
