I ordered a V3i (in stock) on Friday.
Called Monday for the tracking number...still didn't ship.
Called Tuesday for the tracking number, still didn't ship.
It just shipped out today... Thursday (6 days later).
It was after I spoke with Roger... who spoke with a Manager on Wednesday.
If it didn't go out today, I was just gonna cancel the order.
I don't mind waiting for the shipping, but at least ship it out or tell me that it will be delayed shipping out.
Kinda frustrating/disappointing after I got my F2, AT Pro, Etrac, 2 ProPointers, sandscoop, and various other things off them last year with no issues.
I hope this is not an ongoing issue for them or they will lose a lot of customers....

Yes these are interesting times, and one of the challenges for the manufacturers is to determine if the current level of activity is the new norm, or just a Diggers bubble. Last Friday was an interesting time for us, we had 3 trucks full of metal Detectors arrive at the same time. First we have to receive them, then ship them out. We had anticipated one of the trucks and initiated multiple shifts to get them out. We ship on a first in, first out basis, so I suspect with the big release of backorders, your order ended up behind earlier orders and hence did not get released to the packing department.
Its really difficult to predict exactly when an order will leave the building, but let me ask you a question, would it have been helpful if we emailed you every night that it did not ship, or is it better just to email you when it did ship?
