I went back to the military badge yard and had some success. I found a 1938 nickel (good year), another 1909 large cent, a first for me 1917 Netherland one cent, and the find of the day a 1907 H Canadian large cent. King Edward only was on the large cents from 1902 to 1910. There was a total of 2,400,000 of the 1907 one cents made but out of that only 800,000 were stamped H to state they were minted in Birmingham. That makes it the key to his series. I didn't try to clean it hard and probably will just leave it as is. Another grateful find for late January. Thanks for looking! [emoji106]
