Kids Ring

Ok , I found this kids ring in my front yard . It looks like a crown on top of a set of wings with a propeller or a radiator fan below the wings . Anyone seen one before ?

Why go you say it a kid's ring ? Could it be a woman's ring ? I mean fingers come in all sizes , correct ? IMHO , Woodstock

Since there is a crown on top, I think it is part of the Royal Canadian military service; perhaps Air Force or related.
