Making me grubbish, actually I'm going to grill some hamburgers and hotdogs on my charcoal grill tomorrow.

I'm hoping to snag a few or get some Kokanee this winter for my smoker. There is no better eating than smoked salmon. I bet your recipe is amazing!! I'm sure you will have a wonderful Thanksgiving with those around!!

Those are Kokanee? How big do they get there?

Safeway grocery Ogalahaha Ne. Kokanee are fun to catch, lakers threw the ice too.
Simple recipe, soak in pickling salts salty water all day. Rinse in evening. Hang with a toothpick on rack start drying over night.
low low heat, big smoke. Paint with honey and/or maple syrup and sprinkle a little sugar in the raw, brown big crystals.
Smoking pineapple slices at the same time can fill me up so I dont eat the last piece right when it all should be done
