I knapped for 22 yrs and paid the price. Shoulder, elbow, and wrist. Luckily I stopped soon enough that I’m not a cripple. If I overdo it working the knapping pains come right back. At least I saved a lot of my work. I have about 500 points I made in frames on the wall. I’ve got something to show for all the pain.

I recall many cuts on my hands when I was knapping back in the 80's.
