Knee Buckle

Hello, been a long time since I posted. Hope to be back regularly.
Out hunting in a wooded area with lost of stone walls in CT.
Other than the usual shotgun shells and some nails, I found this knee buckle, (I believe), near one of the walls.
Was complete until I broke one of the points while cleaning.'
Does anyone know how to date these?
