It's about the size of a half dollars, was found on an old lot in Dallas, and the area had stuff from the early 1900's and on. Not good at know what the metal is. There is writing on the back but I can't quite read the company's name. Made in Columbus OH I think.

The maker's-mark on the back is most probably M.C. Lilley & Co. Columbus Ohio, who was a very prolific manufacturer of fraternal-lodge regalia. That company dates from 1870 through World War Two. The great heyday (highest membership numbers) of fraternal-lodge organizations, such as the Templars, was in the early 20th-Century. That fits in with the time-period of the other objects you've been finding at that site, and the manufacturer's time-in-business.
