Kurb-Strip Keepers = Wheat Silver Nice Relic

Hello All. Ran out of new spots to hunt after work so I went back to digging small town city center curb strips.

Sifted thru a lot of crap, but that is the nature of curb strip hunting...got a few nice ones including (6) Wheaties (oldest 1919), game token, large marble, misc hardware, nice piece of silver, and an old print plate for a stove ad.

I have dug print plates before but they are usually broken, but not this one...found it (big signal) in the local post office flower bed...good thing is was after hours.

BTW discovered the "Flip" feature on my computer's picture editor so I did need a mirror for the last pic...sweet!!

I've always liked curb strips, and now the "secret" is out. Best surprise I've ever found in one, a very worn 1861 Seated Liberty Half Dollar.
