Labor Day Leftovers

I hit a popular beach near my house today to see what might have been left behind over the weekend. The beach had just been plowed, or surface cleaned. I found a bit of clad, an arcade token, and a lost cell phone. Although the phone appears dead, I'm going to call the owner who put a sticker on the back with a number to call if found (a good idea for us who are proned to losing such items!).

That's one less LG owner to check with!

Turns out the phone number sticker on the back of the phone is rubbed off in spots. I guess I could try every combination of missing numbers and hopefully get lucky!

You could try taking it to a LG dealer and see if they can run the serial#. It should be on the phone behind the battery.

You can also see if the dealer can charge it up and maybe call a number in the cell's phone book...someone may be able to give you the owner. Good Luck....hope you find them.

My first experience with a dressed up beach was that there are some good deep targets there. A gold band was found about 12" deep at this beach and over 4.00 in clad for a 2 hr hunt. You don't get to cover much area when your digging alot of targets.

Get back there. You'll be finding more.
