I found this digging in my garden.

I think it is porcelain. I've also been finding some old medicine bottles and pottery and some bizarre things digging on the land. Is this the best section to post new finds of any sort?

Looks to be a saltware figurine of some type. Possibly lost by a child, as you said, "in the garden".
I would think this would date to the mid to later 1800's, possibly English in origin.

You've posted this in the most appropriate forum. Unless you found it with a metal detector, then this is where it should be.
