I'm out playing with my new Garrett and thought I would try this nice little used spot. It's on the north side of Banana Lake near Lakeland Fl. The property is an old reclaimed phosphate mine on the back side of a campground.
I had high hopes...
This hunt was in sympathy for all the other folks who go out with high expectations...
The ground was like trying to dig in concrete. I need a stronger digger, they just don't make plastic tough enough for this. It was a nice walk though to get back here, a little over one mile each way. The only vehicles allowed back here are through a locked service gate.
