Wondering if this is Suzanne Lalique? It is signed Suzanne 1983
I know she died in 1989 but not sure from what and if she would of been capable of still making art

What is the media? Not an oil painting. Isn't that what she did?

It is etched glass it’s just on a black blanket......she worked in a lot of different types of media

It's a technique called glass sand etching or sand carving. Would have been expensive in a gallery when sold new. It's not a Lalique as in Rene Lalique of France.
