Large cent type

I found this. Same size as large cent. Not much other detail other than these ridges. Not sure if they are random or actual coin detail.

If possible, post closer pics of both sides. A little more cleaning could help as well. One thing is certain - that is no intentional detail of any US large cent. It could be a counter stamp, or maybe damage from being struck with a hammer or something
