The first picture is from last week at the "Bullet Patch" pretty good day for a rainy January.
The rest of the pictures are from today. My buddy and I hit a couple new spots today with some luck, I found a couple 3 ringers, an Enfield, and a Spencer cartridge at the first spot.
Then onto the second spot I found a round ball and a flat button, not sure how old the button is.
After that we decided to do some door knocking and hit the big time!
We got access to a really good location with lots of battle action in the northern valley area. The fellow was as laid back as could be and said come back anytime!
We only had about 2 hours of hunt time there and the field was a soup sandwich with all the recent rain, shoes weighed in at 10 lbs each!
I found a 45 colt bullet, 36 cal pistol bullet and a small oval button with an anchor symbol on it, anyone seen this before?
