last couple of weeks....

Got to go detecting a little in the last few weeks...had a club hunt a couple of weeks ago...found a lots of goodies and won some too...won a gold pan,a Garrett green shovel,a goodie bag,first aid kits, lanyards,and found lots of wheaties,2 1968 halves,2 Indian head pennies and had a blast...met a couple of great guys that came to our hunt from out of town..both of them are deaf and these guys kicked our butts...never met any nicer people...they brought their detectors and vibraphones and cleaned up..found lots of stuff and won some too...one of them,Dale, gave each of us a 3 ringer that he had dug...hope to see these guys again at our spring hunt...nice guys...

My wife and I were on vacation last week and we decided to go out to where we had our club hunt and look for the targets that were left over from the hunt...wife found 5 wheaties and a 1903 V nickel...I found another 1968 half and 12 more wheaties...plus we cleaned up alot of trash...now when we hunt there wont be so much trash...had a good vacation but as usual it went way too quick....well have fun and happy hunting
