it's dark here, I have my dollar store headlamp on, and I'm digging. I'm digging the bigger, lower sounding iron tones just to see what type of relics there are.
I got a long, low tone and dug this thing up.

Looks like a sewing machine foot pedal to me.
Cool find. You definitely have a nice old site. You need to keep hunting it.
 

I did a little google searching and came up with the Wilson SM Co. was the company Singer sowing machines purchased to get their start back in the later 1800's
pretty cool find I am rather pleased with.
