After Xmas shopping today had a little time to go out. Pulled out some clad and after it got dark I got a great high tone with the Nox. The VID was jumpy and i thought I had a deep wheat. I was using the 6” coil and running it 4/23. Had max bars showing so I dug a deep plug. Flipped the plug and checked it. No buzz from the carrot. Checked the hole, no buzz from the carrot. Swept the Nox over the hole and still got tone. Dig the hole down and checked deeper. Got the buzz going. Thinking I’m probably hitting junk because I’m around 8” with the small coil. Out pops shiny and I see the flying eagle with the light of the pointer. There was also a nail in with the coin. The SLQ is now my deepest silver and did it with the small coil!
