i beat my 2 buddies back to our hotspot last sunday and before they arrived!!! i pulled my first shield nickel (I've cleaned and cleaned and still can't produce a date) and a 1891 indian head!!! when they arrived i was pretty sure they weren't going to believe me lol, but i have to show them!!!! then when they started detecting my luck left!!! i ran across a 12-33!!! i said it could be another indian so i dug it!!! it was an indian cent but i couldn't make the date so when i got home i got to cleaning it and low and behold 1870… so my oldest indian and my most expensive coin yet!!! what an awesome day!!! go back at it tomorrow again i might have missed a signal!!! will post pics later

will post pics tomorrow… went back to same location with my 2 buddies yesterday and pulled an 1919 wheat, 1885 indian and 1910 and 191? V nickels will post pics tomorrow!!!!

sorry for the reverse pics!!!! i have only cleaned the 1870 with a minor scrub of a toothbrush and water, any other ideas on how to clean the shield nickel or the indian without really messing them up

the 1875 indian in the pic (backwards pic lol) i found in my store in december lol that's why i always check every coin in the store myself!!!
